Where to put the Cancel Not Allowed Message
Disable Course Cancellation
On the System Configuration menu, choose the Closed Course/Course Request/Already Enrolled Message option listed under Course Management menu.
Enter your message
In the Message To Show Student When Cancel Not Allowed: box, type in the message you want to display in the box (1). Note: This area accepts HTML for formatting.
In order for this message to show on the student portal (see graphic next step) you also must set the Allow Course Cancellation: option to NO. (2)
Make sure you scroll down and click the Submit button to finish the process.
View Message in Student Account Portal
Once you have done finished with the previous steps, any student who logs in to their My Account portal will see the cancellation policy
