How to Reset a Forgotten Username (Classic)
How to retrieve your username
Click on "My Account"
Click on "Forgot your Username" link
Enter your first name and email address in the fields and click SUBMIT
An email with your username will be sent to the email address listed on file.
Open your email and retrieve your username
