How to Reset a Forgotten Username (Ruby)
This guide will show you how to reset a username.
1. When you click to Login, there is an option that asks "Forgot your username or password?" Click this to be taken to the account recovery page.
2. Here you can choose if you forgot your username or password. Choose the second option to reset your username.
3. Enter the First Name and the email associated with the account you wish to recover. When you enter this information, click on "Continue".
4. If an account matching the first name and email exists, it will let you know that the reset email has been sent to your email address.
5. You should receive an email containing your Username. The email may be different depending on the site.
