What Is A Supervisor?

A Supervisor is someone who can see which courses a particular group of students has registered for, has completed and can enroll and edit students (if this option is chosen).  

1.  Go to the System Configurations - Administration Management

Click on the "Supervisor E-mail Settings and other Options"

2.  Select the Supervisor Settings

1.  Would you like e-mails sent to your supervisors?

2.  How will you determine the Supervisor's students?

3.  Would you like to have student's select a Supervisor (this will override #2).

3.  Supervisors can login on the PUBLIC Side at the Supervisor Login

Enter the User Name and Password, then click the "login" button.

4.  Now the Supervisor Menu is Visible

Supervisors can:

1.  Enroll New and Returning Students

2.  Edit their students' personal information

3.  View their students' transcripts.

4.  See which courses their students are enrolled in

5.  View the certifications that their students have completed or are working on.
