Fill in the information and click 'Submit'.
You will be taken directly to your checkout order review screen. Enter in your payment information and click 'Submit' to complete your purchase.

2) If you are not paying by credit card, choose a payment option from this field. If you choose this option, you will not need to fill out the credit card information.
If you see this screen, then your registration is complete! This is your order receipt, so you can print it for your records and it acts as a final confirmation of your purchase.
