How to Reset a Forgotten Password (Classic)
How to retrieve your password
Click on "My Account"
Click on "Forgot your Password" link
Enter your username and email address in the fields and click SUBMIT
An email with your password will be sent to the email address listed on file.
*If you have forgotten or don't know your username, please click on the blue link "Find my Username" and you'll be walked through the steps to retrieve your username.
Open your email and click on the "reset password" link in the email titled "Your Forgotten Password"
This will redirect you to the site where you can enter and confirm a new passoword.
Enter and Confirm a New Password
Your Password has been updated and you can return to "My Account" to login or simply click on the "login" link.
Log into your account
Enter your username, new password, and click "Login"
Congratulations! You are logged in and can begin registering for courses!
