How Do I Get Reports on Surveys?

This help guide will show you how to get reports on your surveys.

1. To get to the reports, begin by going to the evaluations module

2. That takes you to the list of evaluations (surveys). For reports click on Reports in the top right.

3. You can search for survey report results from students (Evaluation Summary) or instructors (Instructor Question).

4. For Evaluation Summary Reports choose the evaluation and/or instructor that you would like reports for and click next.

5. You can search for a specific course or all courses that matched your previous criteria and click Next.

6. Then you can select a date range and click on View Reports or Start New Search to start over.

7. Then you can then print the reports. You can view them in different ways, including looking up each individuals' responses.

1) The first option shows a combined report of everything from the below choices. It stacks them all on top of each other to get one view of everything.

2) Frequency Report shows all of the multiple choice questions in a bar graph. You can see how many selected A or how many selected B.

3) Likert Report is for the reports that have a choice of Agree or Disagree with the question you created before. This will show you a percentage that chose each option.

4) Comments report shows the text of any comments users put on any of the questions. If you had options to add a comment to a question, it will show here.

5) You can choose to have any of these reports show up on the page itself in HTML, as a PDF, or you can download them as a, EXCEL (CSV) file.

6) Click on Go To Report to see it.
